Privacy in short

We collect what we need to run a waitlist and, later, to sell and ship Bun. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with anyone except the service providers who help us run the site and send our emails. We treat the fact that you're interested in us as sensitive.

What we collect. For the waitlist: your email address, and the date and source of your sign-up. Nothing else — no phone number, no SMS.

Who we share it with. Service providers only, each under its own contract and only for the job named: our website platform (Squarespace), our email platform (Klaviyo), and Google (form spam protection); and professional advisers or authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for anyone else's advertising. If that ever changes, this policy changes first and you will be told.

Email and unsubscribing. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link that works within 10 business days (we aim for immediately) and our postal address.

Your choices. You can unsubscribe at any time, ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us not to email you — write to hi@lalark.co. We will confirm your identity through the email address on file and respond within 30 days. Where a state privacy law gives you additional rights, we honor them.
