Shipping & Pre-Order Policy

Two things on this page: what you're agreeing to when you pre-order, and what happens once she's on her way.

1. Pre-orders: what you are agreeing to

  • Bun ships by the date shown at the time of order.

  • Your card is charged today, at checkout.

  • You can cancel any time before your order ships for a full refund to your original payment method, using the link in your confirmation email or by writing to hi@lalark.co.

  • This is a delayed-delivery purchase: by placing the order you agree to delivery within the window above.

2. If we are going to be late

We will email you before the ship date we promised with a new specific date. If the new date is within 30 days of the original, you keep your order unless you cancel. If it is later than that, or if we cannot give you a date, we will cancel and refund you automatically unless you tell us to keep your order open. Any second delay requires your express OK — silence means we refund. Refunds are initiated within 5 business days and never later than 7 calendar days.

3. Shipping, once your order ships

  • Carrier: USPS or UPS, with tracking emailed to you when your order is handed to the carrier.

  • Transit estimate: typically 2–7 business days within the U.S.

  • Discreet packaging: plain outer box, no product name or imagery on the outside; the shipping label shows the sender as "Lalark."

  • Bun contains a lithium-ion battery. It ships by ground or air methods permitted for lithium batteries contained in equipment.

4. Address, delivery, loss

Check your address at checkout — we ship to the address you give us. Risk of loss passes when the carrier delivers to that address. Undeliverable returns are refunded less our outbound shipping cost.

5. Where we ship

We ship to the 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. We do not ship to U.S. territories or internationally at this time.

6. Taxes

Sales tax is added where we're required to collect it, and you'll see it at checkout.

7. Regulatory notice

This device has not yet been authorized as required by the rules of the Federal Communications Commission. This device is not, and may not be, offered for sale or lease, or sold or leased, until authorization is obtained.
